In March 2026, Keypasco welcomed a municipal delegation from The Hague, Netherlands, alongside partners from the Netherlands Office Taipei, for discussions on smart cities, digital transformation and digital identity security.

Exchanging perspectives on urban development and digital transformation

The visitors included Marijn Fraanje, Director of Urban Development for the City of The Hague. Having previously served as the city’s Chief Information Officer (CIO), he brought more than 20 years of public-sector leadership experience and shared perspectives on digital transformation and smart city innovation.

Exploring smart cities and digital identity security

The Hague is an important European cybersecurity hub. The visit gave Keypasco and the municipal delegation an opportunity to exchange ideas on smart city development and digital identity security, deepening their mutual understanding of these topics.
