Sales Manager

Job Description:
- Manage distribution channels, including software product agents and resellers and provide
- marketing and sales support. (Experience with cybersecurity software for 5 years or more is a
- plus).
- Regularly report on sales progress and market share performance.
- Plan and coordinate departmental activities and channel training programs for domestic sales
- teams.
- Participate in developing corporate business strategies and propose actionable channel
- marketing initiatives.
- Provide customers with updates on new products and market trends.
- Collect and relay market intelligence to internal teams.
- Conduct regular client account reviews and prepare weekly reports to update on the latest
- status.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and assist in resolving product-related issues to
- enhance customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute participation in international trade shows; coordinate marketing events such
- as exhibitions, advertising campaigns, and conferences.
